Beaming

4.30.2012
For those of you who are here for a photography related post... Well, this isn't one. It's more of a "I'm so happy and proud of my husband I have to share with my readers" kinda post. This past weekend my husband, Michael, graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science/aka/ he graduated from PRE-MED! Not many people have the stamina and determination for a degree like this, and I am sooo proud of him that I am literally beaming as I write this blog post! :)

His graduation was Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock in Grand Rapids, MI... I was singing in California with my family on Thursday night and Friday night... So, as soon as I stepped off the stage on Friday night I made a mad dash to a rental car, and my sister and bro-in-law drove me three hours to the Los Angeles airport to catch a red-eye flight at 12:20 a.m. back to Grand Rapids. I arrived at 9:30 a.m on Saturday morning (looking a total mess), and my husband was there waiting for me. I grabbed a two hour nap at home, and then got up to get ready for the graduation! Boy was all that craziness worth it... because I wouldn't have missed his graduation for the WORLD! Here are just a few photos that I took the day of his graduation...

Getting ready to line up for the ceremony...

I married such a handsome guy... :)

You probably can't tell I'm just a WEE bit proud of this guy!

After all of his hard work (and endless studying) I couldn't be any more proud of my husband! I love you, Michael!
